Last week, I got sick with a cough, a cold, a runny nose, and a sore throat. Mum told me to stay in bed, drink more water, and take medicine - yuck! It tasted awful. Then my friend Max tried to jump off the sofa like a superhero and ended up with a broken arm, a twisted ankle, and a big bruise. The doctor gave him a bandage and a plaster, and now he looks like a robot! We both learned that being careful and taking care of our health helps us feel better faster.
