由於強颱風山竹對學校造成不同程度影響，部分學校需時清理及維修校舍和設施，加上公共交通服務尚待完全恢復正常，為確保學生的安全，教育局宣布明日（九月十八日）所有學校停課。
Class suspension due to the consequences of typhoon.
As the Severe Typhoon' Mangkhut' caused damages at schools and the streets. Some schools need more time to clean up and repair the premises and the facilities. Moreover, the services of public transports have not been completely resumed. Therefore, classes will be suspended owing to the safety of the students on 18/9(Tue).
Parents should consider factors, such as their home conditions, the road conditions in the vicinity, the local district weather and the care that their children need when deciding whether to send them to school.
